Dear EPAC Family,
We wanted to let you know that we have been continuously monitoring the impact of COVID-19 in our community and have been keeping up to date with local, state, and federal information. At EPAC, our top priority will always be the health and safety of our audiences, volunteers, and staff. With that in mind, we regret to inform our supporters that we are postponing our upcoming production of The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, which was scheduled to open on Thursday, March 19th. We want to stress that this is a postponement of this production, not a cancellation. We will be informing our patrons of a revised 2020 schedule as soon we are able to release those dates and details.
By postponing performances, we are following the lead of our city, state, and federal elected officials as well as the recommendations of the Department of Health and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
What you can expect from the EPAC Box Office in the coming weeks:
- Updates on our future performance schedule and unique opportunities to support the wonderful work we are doing at EPAC. Our cast and creative team have been working really hard on our production of The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, which we can’t wait for you to see!
- If you already have tickets to The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, or you are a subscriber, please know that those tickets will be honored at the rescheduled dates. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled show, please consider donating the value of your tickets to EPAC as a tax-deductible contribution or exchanging for another production in our 2020 season. COVID-19 could have an irreparable financial impact on our EPAC family and we need your continued support now more than ever.
- For immediate customer service or questions, the best way to reach our team is by emailing boxoffice@ephrataperformingartscenter.com
- Please note that many of our EPAC employees may be working remotely in the coming weeks. It may become difficult for our limited in-office staff to respond to phone calls, but our remote team is happy to answer your emails. Please allow two business days for a response during this extremely busy time. We will do our best to prioritize any inquiries and promise to get back to you.
We know that this is a stressful time for many in our community. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate through this current public health emergency together and prepare for our upcoming 2020 season
Stay safe and thank you for your continued support of EPAC!
Sincerely,
The staff and board of directors of the Ephrata Performing Arts Center
