Beneath the wide-open skies of the Oklahoma Territory, romance blossoms, rivalries ignite, and a community imagines the future it wants to build.
About the Show:
Set in the Oklahoma Territory at the turn of the 20th century, Oklahoma! follows Laurey Williams and cowboy Curly McLain as they navigate a complicated courtship shaped by desire, jealousy, and the pressures of their frontier community. When Curly’s rivalry with the troubled ranch hand Jud Fry intensifies, the boundaries between romance, violence, and survival become increasingly blurred. With its familiar songs and characters presented through a darker, more intimate lens, Oklahoma! reveals the unsettling tensions beneath the surface of a community defining who—and what—it wants to become.
